Job transitions no longer ensure an increase in total compensation
On average, 26.68% of employees accept no change in income when switching jobs. The increase in income is negligible, and some even have to accept a reduction in overall compensation to secure a new position.

IT - Software job family ranks among the top 2 for recruitment, yet the demand for hiring shows a slight decrease (based on both survey data and on the TopCV.vn platform).

89.9% of employers believe that CVs should be updated immediately upon change, while only 55.7% of employees agree.
